Did you know – it’s not as complicated as it sounds! Whether you’re a complete beginner or just want to get the glow, this 10 -step Korean skincare guide will help you get started the easy way.

Step-by-Step Korean Skincare Routine :

1. OIL BASED CLEANSER :

Oil-based cleansers are very effective as they remove makeup, dirt, excess sebum and sunscreen from the skin and gently cleanse the skin.

2. WATER BASED CLEANSER :

After thoroughly washing the face with an oil-based cleanser, washing the face with a water-based cleanser is a big step as it thoroughly cleans the water-based impurities, sweat, dirt, etc. This is called double cleansing which is a very important step to get clear Korean skin.

3. EXFOLIATION :

This is also a very important step because it makes the skin glowing and smooth by removing dead skin cells from the skin and it also helps other skin care products to work better on the skin and it improves the skin tone and also improves its texture.

4. TONER :

Toner plays an important role in skin care as it balances the pH level of the skin and removes remaining impurities, leaving the skin glowing and hydrated.

5. ESSENCE :

Essence is an important part of skin care as it provides moisture and prepares the skin for a serum or moisturizer so that both can be properly absorbed into the skin. Essence helps balance the skin’s pH level and improve skin health.

6. SERUMS :

Serum is a concentrated active ingredient that is used to treat specific skin problems like acne, pimples, fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots and uneven skin tone.

7. SHEET MASK :

Using a sheet mask for skin care is important because it provides a concentrated amount of moisture and beneficial ingredients and also forms a barrier that enhances absorption and prevents evaporation, and hence the skin becomes more supple and glowing after applying it. It removes skin dullness, dehydration and acne. Use it two or three times a week.

8. EYE CREAM :

The skin around the eyes is thinner than the skin on the rest of the face, so this area needs extra care. Eye cream is very important as it prevents dark circles and puffiness and provides moisture and also prevents fine lines and wrinkles.

9. MOISTURIZER :

A good moisturizer is essential for healthy skin. It provides hydration and moisture to the skin, preventing dryness or flaking and also a good moisturizer promotes faster cell turnover for healthy skin cell functions and a youthful look. Different moisturizers are important for different skin types.

10 . SUNSCREEN :

Sunscreen plays a very important role as it protects the skin from the UV rays of the sun. These UV rays are very harsh on the skin. This can lead to skin diseases like sunburn, premature aging or skin cancer. Therefore, it is very important to apply sunscreen from morning till the entire day.

NOTE:

  • You don’t have to do all 10 steps every day – start with 5 and gradually increase.
  • Always do a patch test.
  • Consistency is key – skin wants an overnight change but it will glow over time.

The 10-step Korean skincare routine is more than just beauty – it’s a self-care ritual that brings results with the right products and a little patience . You can achieve your dream of healthy glowing skin.
